"I had no idea what to expect from Qi gong before taking a class with Michele—but I’m so glad that I did! I was struggling with a frozen shoulder condition at the time. The gentle, earth-derived poses that Michele introduced me to helped me work through pain and stiffness that I’d been suffering from for months. I can’t wait to take more classes from Michele, and to keep incorporating a Qi gong practice into my daily life, as she wisely recommends!" - Sara A.
“I appreciate how Michele presents the information in a clear and engaging manner. Her classes are the highlight of my week and I love how qi gong relaxes me for the rest of the day.”
